Circulation is a period of time between Promissory note listing and execution. During the circulation period, users can issue, trade, settle, and repay listed Promissory notes.
For example, there are four TKP Promissory notes with different maturity days. When one of them matures, Tokpie exchange executes it and list a new one. So there are always four TKP Promissory notes available in circulation.
