Promissory Note on Tokpie exchange is a digital title that confirms the issuer’s promise to pay 1 (one) principal cryptocurrency to Tokpie at a specified date. Tokpie, in turn, guarantees to pay 1 (one) Principal cryptocurrency to any holder of one Promissory Note at a specified date.
A user can issue, sell, buy, settle, repay or hold promissory notes during its circulation on his Tokpie account balance until execution (maturity) date. Promissory Notes could not be withdrawn from the Tokpie exchange.
